Overview
E-Shram is introduced by the GoI for transparent and better execution of various social security schemes for the unorganized sector, registered members having a valid UAN are eligible for a variety of benefits, the registration is an online process which is not accessible in rural hard to reach areas, the women in slums located in such areas are ignorant and deprived of the said facility.
Approach
Free Registration of E-Shram Cards
The scheme is introduced to the beneficiaries, after following due process of registration at their door step; Laminated E-Shram Cards are gifted to the them giving them a hope and easy, transparent access to government schemes and benefits under the said initiative.
Outcome
The beneficiaries directly benefitted from the above intervention.
