Warm Winters
Overview
Unprivileged members from migrant and tribal communities settled in rural areas for livelihoods often bears the brunt of harsh winters due to rural geography, they live in houses made of dried leaves and uneven floors to sleep, with no basic civic or private facilities in the neighborhood, winters are not so good for their malnourished beings and affordability to purchase blankets or warm clothing during winters.
Approach
Gifting new Blankets
We ensure warm winters for the above mentioned beneficiaries by gifting new blankets during the onset of winter months, thus keeping them warm and avoiding winter related ailments.
Outcome
The beneficiaries stay warm in cold slum rooms during the winters, thus making them stay fit and free of cold related sicknesses.
